TalentRouters is a value-based recruitment and talent advisory firm providing hiring, staffing, and talent acquisition support services to businesses and career opportunities to candidates.
- Create an employer–employee relationship between TalentRouters and any User
- Guarantee interviews, job placement, or hiring outcomes
- Establish any partnership, agency, or joint venture between TalentRouters and its clients
All hiring decisions are made solely by the respective employer.
2. Eligibility
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
- The information you provide is accurate and complete

- Candidates who create profiles or apply for roles
- Employers / Clients seeking recruitment services
- Visitors browsing the Website
4. Use of the Website
- Provide false or misleading information
- Upload unlawful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, or discriminatory content
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Impersonate another individual or entity
- Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Use bots, scraping tools, or automated mechanisms to extract data
5. Candidate Information
- Educational and professional details
- Compensation details (current and expected CTC)
- Skills, experience, and career preferences
By submitting information, candidates:
- Confirm its accuracy
- Authorize TalentRouters to share such information (in full or part) with potential employers, recruitment partners, or clients for legitimate hiring purposes
Creating a profile or applying for a role does not guarantee job placement or interview calls.
6. Employer Access & Services
Employer access to candidate profiles and recruitment services may be subject to:
- Execution of separate commercial agreements
- Acceptance of applicable service terms
Service scope and pricing are determined on a case-by-case basis.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, branding, logos, recruitment methodologies, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to TalentRouters and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.
8. Third-Party Links

9. No Warranties

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Courts located in Chennai; India shall have exclusive jurisdiction for interim relief and enforcement of arbitral awards.

TalentRouters shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.
